Cross-Channel Content Strategy

Portfolio sample demonstrating how I turn one strategic content idea into a connected multi-channel ecosystem without repeating the same content everywhere.

The Challenge

Being active on multiple content channels can quickly create one of two problems:

Every channel becomes a separate content workload.

A podcast needs an idea.

An email needs another idea.

Social media needs several more.

Or:

The same piece of content gets repeated everywhere.

The podcast becomes the blog post.

The email summarizes the podcast.

The social post summarizes the email.

Both approaches miss the opportunity to build a true content ecosystem.

The goal of cross-channel strategy is not simply to repurpose more efficiently.

It is to start with one strategically important idea and determine what each channel can uniquely contribute to the audience's experience of that idea.
